How much space do we need for on-site massage?
For chair massage, a quiet 6×6 ft corner per therapist is plenty — a conference room, break room or empty office works great. For table massage we recommend about 8×10 ft per table. We bring everything else.
How long is each massage?
Most events use 10, 15 or 20-minute chair sessions — short enough to rotate a lot of people, long enough to feel real relief. Table sessions are typically 25–50 minutes. We'll recommend the right mix for your headcount.
What's the minimum booking?
Our standard event minimum is 2 therapist-hours. We're happy to advise on the ideal length for your group size when you request a quote.
How far in advance should we book?
For best availability, 2–3 weeks out is ideal. We do accommodate rush and last-minute requests whenever we can — just ask. Large conventions should book 4+ weeks ahead.
Are your therapists licensed and insured?
Yes. Every therapist is Florida-licensed, professionally insured, background-verified, and experienced in corporate and event settings. We're a local Florida massage team, not an app.
What do you bring, and do we provide anything?
We bring chairs and/or tables, linens, face cradle covers, sanitization, music and supplies. All you provide is the space and a point of contact. We handle setup, flow and breakdown.
